Telesales/Telemarketing Executive – Part Time/Full Time/Self-employed

These roles are based in Bury St Edmunds within an expanding team.  Your Telemarketing is going from strength to strength, offering a personal, flexible and effective communications service to help business generate leads, introduce new services and make appointments.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake telesales/telemarketing activities to generate leads and appointments on behalf of our clients. You will be assigned 2-3 clients to focus on. You will be given full training on their services and products, features and benefits and objection handling. You will also be given a guideline script, but will be expected to use your initiative. Recording comments and call responses will be paramount, as will feeding back the overall results of each campaign.

Key Characteristics and experience required:

  • Minimum of 1 years telesales experience (Business to business or business to consumer)
  • Good telephone manner with outgoing personality
  • Good administration, reporting skills and working knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Motivated and dedicated
  • Interest in other people
  • Keen interest in marketing
  • Willing to get involved

We are specifically interested in self-employed applicants, but will also consider employing if the candidate has the right attributes and a proven track record. We are able to accommodate part time or full time hours to suit you and your lifestyle.  This could be based on split days or full days, just one day or anything up to 5 days!  We can be completely flexible.  This is also a permanent role and the pay rate is £8.00 per hour + up to £3,000 bonus per year (pro rata & performance related)!
