Being a regional winner, Laura attended the IOD Director of the Year national Finals, where she was utterly shocked to be awarded Highly Commended in her category Corporate & Social Responsibility.

In recognition of our pledge to being armed forces-friendly Your Telemarketing have been awarded Bronze status. We are committed to employing reservists, armed forces veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses/partners and actively offer employment to this community.

Laura was honoured and humbled to have been awarded CSR Director of the Year for East of England, recognising her exceptional employee recognition scheme and her flexible working programme. Additionally she works with 2 local charities, Steel Bones & The Mix, helping to raise their profile and providing valuable practical support.

FSB – Area Finalist
The team at Your Telemarketing were delighted for the judges to short-list the business in the small business category. A regional, covering 5 counties across the East of England, the entrants were extremely strong, and all finalist demonstrated their own unique strengths.

Laura is now a Finalist for the IOD National awards to be held in October. The Innovation category has a strong contingent of Director’s, however, Laura is the only female of 11 finalists. Watch out for news later in the year.
