As it was the first time, we used a telemarketing approach to address a specific market segment we were a little hesitant. However, Your Telemarketing delivered successfully from planning to appointment as they proposed at the outset. Good appointments with the correct contacts supported by detailed feedback about the prospects from their calls to inform and support our sales appointments.

After an extensive search for a reliable and focussed telemarketing company to enhance the professional reputation of my business I discovered Your Telemarketing. Having tried previous companies who were invariably unreliable, expensive and unproductive it is with great pleasure that I can whole heartedly endorse Laura and her team, particularly Rosie my personal contact. I have found them to be professional, reliable and informative at all times in the year I have been working with them, consequently I will continue to do so. To benefit from the excellent service they provide you must be organised yourself to benefit from the quality leads they generate and not commit the cardinal sin of not following up potential client leads. We have developed a comprehensive system that includes email campaigns, telemarketing and sharing my diary so they can populate appointments for me on a regular basis. Ongoing I expect to develop my business further with them because I see them very much as a long term partner. In summary I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Your Telemarketings services as long as you have the processes in place to benefit from their work.
Bringing Laura in to provide training for my sales team has been a very easy and cost effective process. The team enjoyed the training and have found it very beneficial, already putting it to good use. Can definitely recommend.
The teams have integrated so quickly and effectively that we were able to get the two systems running simultaneously. Gaining statistical data from Your Telemarketing systems has enabled us to become more strategic in our approach. The structure and positioning of the company coupled with customer centric care has enabled the skilled nutritionist team to focus their time in the right places.
We like working with Laura Morrison at Your Telemarketing, because she takes a personal interest in the success of every campaign. Her teams is well briefed and trained to suit the individual needs of the client. Their aim is not just to call all the leads, but to ensure the outcome is positive for the client. We’ve had several instances where by reviewing the stats and the outcomes, it has been Your Telemarketing that comes up with useful suggestions on how we can ‘tweak’ the campaign. We appreciate the attention to detail and their commitment to making the campaign work and regard Your Telemarketing as an extension to our in-house team.

“We’ve recently started a telemarketing campaign with Laura and the team at Your Telemarketing. The reports we receive have been a huge help, they contain lots of example conversations of the good and the not so good. The honest and transparent reporting of conversations/leads has helped us to adapt our approach and strive for a more successful campaign.”
“YourTelemarketing have been supporting The Mix and their new ‘Life Skills and Personal Development Programme’ since it launched in April. The programme aims to support young people aged 15-24 onto their next step. Laura has been running ‘Communicate with Confidence’ workshops for us to help develop young people’s communications skills on the phone. These workshops have proved invaluable to the progress of young people on our programme, who often struggle to just answer the phone, let alone hold a conversation. The difference in those that attend these sessions is noticeable and a lot of that is down to Laura’s constant patience and encouragement. Laura has also recently assisted us in creating a video to help young people improve their communication skills. This has allowed us to reach even more young people in need of support.”
We are so grateful to Laura for guiding us through our first marketing campaign. As non-salespeople we were initially daunted by the task ahead of us, but Laura really tailored her approach to our needs, breaking the project down into simple manageable tasks and realistic timescales. Her knowledge and her professional, easy style of working really helped us to achieve outstanding results!
“Brown Recycling joined with Your Telemarketing to target a very specified prospect criteria in a sector they weren’t all too familiar with. They acted swiftly to learn about the waste sector, the extensive list of products and services we provide, and our competitors. Thanks to a collaborative approach, we are seeing a high volume of leads passed over for our Business Development Team to close and we are delighted with the ever-increasingly positive results.”
