Our Corporate & Social Responsibility Strategy

Your Telemarketing strives to be a good corporate citizen. Through its managers and through its people, Your Telemarketing is committed to promoting protection of the environment; supporting charities and local communities; promoting equal opportunities; ensuring safe and efficient working practices; and working with suppliers who uphold similar values.

We are committed to supporting young people into work offering weekly work placements and annually at least one apprenticeship scheme. Our training programmes are extended to our whole team with fully funded NVQ training on offer.

Through our telemarketing activity we donate over 400 hours annually to supporting small businesses and charities who otherwise would be unable to access our services.

Our chosen charity for 2015 is CLIC Sargent the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families. They provide invaluable clinical, practical, financial and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. As well as a donation target of £5000, our MD donates 2 days per month of her time to volunteer for the charity through marketing advice, telemarketing training and other business activities.
