Your Telemarketing Celebrates 3rd Birthday
Your Telemarketing Ltd, founded by sales and marketing expert Laura Morrison, has recently celebrated its third birthday! The business continues to grow and now employs 4 full-time telemarketing agents, plus 2 home based, part-time telemarketeers. “We’ve had to relocate twice for more space,” said Laura, “but our current offices in Bury St Edmunds town centre now allow for further expansion.”
The business supports a wide range of small and medium sized businesses locally to find new customers through lead generation and appointment setting campaigns. We also undertake seminar and workshop recruitment and have completed telephone surveys. As the business has grown in reputation we now service clients across the UK. Most excitingly, we now have a client based in New York, for whom we completed a delegate recruitment project for a European based Travel Expo.
Asked why business would consider outsourcing their telemarketing, Laura replied that many entrepreneurial business owners in the region are successful because if their core skill, which isn’t sales, but graphic design, IT, PR or recruitment for example. Even if they are skilled in sales, most don’t have the time to undertake the hours of cold calling required to generate interest, nor for that matter the inclination. “Their time is much more valuably spent on their core deliverable, whilst we tackle the cold calls and pass over warm leads or appointments,” stated Laura.
