After joining the team in November 2015 following a 1 year apprenticeship, Jordan has now progressed to have achieved his NVQ Level 3 in Sales with us at Your Telemarketing. During his studies Jordan looked at sales planning, the decision-making unit in an organisation, and the psychology behind customer buying behaviour. He feels that since completing his qualification he has more knowledge within the sales topic, and is more confident and competent when making calls.
Jordan says, “over the year I believe I have developed professionally, and as a result of my experience and knowledge taken from the qualification, I am better equipped to provide quality customer service.”
