Having recently announced Laura’s ‘finalist’ status, we are over-the-moon to announce that at the awards ceremony at the Jockey Club in Newmarket last week, the judges awarded Laura ‘WINNER’ of the Innovation category. Judges commended Laura’s passion to change the perception of telemarketing through the use of innovative technology, processes and procedures. Accepting the award Laura said “I’m humbled but particularly delighted to win this category, as my team and I strive to change the face of telemarketing through intelligently performed services.”.
