We are delighted to welcome back Heather to the team. Heather worked for us last summer during her University summer vacation, working with 2 of our customers. She has now finished studying for her BA in business management and a MSc in accounting and finance, and has joined the team working with new customers. We hope we can keep her intelligence stimulated! Heather is personable and hardworking, and always looking to make people laugh. Her experience in various customer service roles has helped her to develop a thick skin and the ability to cope when under pressure. Her free time is spent playing rugby at the weekends, socializing with her friends and trying new things.
