The business, established since 2011, now employes 9 people and prides itself on hugh staff retention for our sector. We achieve this through offering flexible working, training and coaching and making the office a pleasant and fun environment to work in. We exceed the national average for flexible working which is 55%, with 87% of our staff on flexible working terms. This ideally suits parents who want to work around school hours. We also offer our team options for additional training, with several having completed NVQs in Customer Service or Team Leading. One employee is currently developing his skills around social media and is attending external courses.
The business has recently expanded it’s telemarketing in Hampshire and has already secured 3 new customers, creating further employment opportunities.
